چکیده
Gallbladder cancer (GBC) is a rare but highly malignant neoplasm. Most cases are discovered incidentally in patients undergoing evaluation for gallstone disease. It believed that an unfavorable prognosis associated with RZD late stage at diagnosis, which due to both the anatomical position of gallbladder and vagueness non-specificity symptoms, increases relevance studying highlighting this topic. Although available evidence supports decline overall incidence over past 30 years, may be increasing younger people. Globally, burden other biliary tract cancers has increased years. Several risk factors have been identified RGB, many share characteristics chronic inflammation. The article discusses main diseases precede development cancer. purpose review present analysis current literature data on epidemiology disease factors.

متن کاملClinicopathologic Features of Polypoid Lesions of the Gallbladder and Risk Factors of Gallbladder Cancer
It is difficult to differentiate benign and malignancy in polypoid lesions of the gallbladder (PLG) by solely depending on imaging studies. Therefore clinicopathologic features of benign and malignant polyps are compared in an attempt to identify the risk factors of malignant polypoid lesions. The medical records of 291 patients who were confirmed to have PLG through cholecystectomy were review...

Worldwide, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is is the fifth most common cancer in men and the seventh in women (Figure 1). Because of impaired treatment options and late diagnosis in many cases, mortality is almost as high as the incidence rate (mortality: incidence rate 0.93). Worldwide, it is the third most frequent cause of tumour-related deaths. In the year 2008, 748,300 new HCCs and 695,900 ...
